Tires are 235/75/R15 on rear and 205/75/R14 on front (White Walls for that Original look), Summit Drag shocks front and rear, Powerglide has a 1.82 low gear and the rear end has a 2.56 Posi-Traction gear, Eldebroch adjustable upper control arms (to set my Pinion angle) with spherical bushings on frame and Poly on housing, Jegs lower tubular control arms with spherical bushings on frame and steel bushings on housing, Air Bags and Drive Shaft Retainer. Horsepower of the Electric Motor depends on how much voltage the main battery pack is, and the size of the Controller, which is now at 48 Volts & 2000 Amps or 96 Kilowatts and is about the same 90 Horsepower as the Chevy 6 Cylinder that came in the 1964 Chevelle.

Had a new Pit Crew Person. John, from North Texas Electric Vehicle Association came out enjoyed the evening of racing. He drove to the track from Dallas in a Honda Insight Hybrid. We talked him into Racing the Insight and he made a couple of runs on his own and then we had a head to head with the Chevelle and Insight. It was a close race, but he got me at the end. His time was 12.37 and the Chevelle's was 13.17 seconds.
